1 Day Program
In this training program, Productive Conflict, we help participants to harness the power of workplace conflict by curbing destructive behaviours and by changing their response so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace results and relationships.
This is a training program for anyone in the workplace to improve self-awareness around conflict behaviours. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, it helps learners to curb destructive behaviours so that conflict becomes more productive. Participants learn to respond effectively to the uncomfortable and unavoidable challenges of workplace conflict.
Who Is The Training Program For?
The training program is for everyone in the workplace.
During this training program, participants learn to:
- Explore the destructive and productive conflict behaviours of their own other people’s styles.
- Understand how to manage their response to conflict situations.
- Discover communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict with colleagues.
- Change their response, step back and reframe productive responses to conflict situations.
Participants complete the Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Profile online assessment prior to the training program and receive a 22-page personalised in-depth report during the training program that highlights techniques to improve self-awareness around conflict behaviours. By combining the report with the learnings from the training program, participants have the information and resources, and have developed the skills on the training program, that they need to be able to deal with unavoidable workplace conflict more productively.
