Transforming Teams: From Group to Team focuses on building skills and understanding in the areas of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results which provides a common language for your teams as they navigate the ever-changing world of work.


This team development program transforms the team from being a group, a collection of individuals, to a team who work cohesively and collaboratively together.

Starting with a team profile, which reveals the current team dynamics, we work with the team to establish goals and metrics for team transformation. We measure those again at the end of the program to ensure team transformation has taken place. 

Transforming Teams: From Group to Team starts with six bi-weekly sessions on key team principles, allowing the team to adopt new behaviours and practices that will transform the dynamic over that period.

This is followed by three bi-weekly practical sessions offering the team a unique opportunity to deepen their understanding, collaborate together on practices and behaviours to adopt and discard, and to further apply these concepts in their team.

We end with the team profile, and the goals and metrics for transformation established at the beginning of the program, and see that team transformation has taken place.

The program begins with 6 bi-weekly sessions of 90 minutes each. Following this, there's a period of team coaching and support. Participants will be supported to develop and practice transformative team skills based on team challenges identified during the program. 

There is also a team measurement at the beginning of the program, and at the end of the program we measure it again to measure the changes in behaviour.
