Transforming Leadership: From Manager to Leader and Coach starts with six bi-weekly classes on key leadership and coaching principles, followed by three bi-weekly practical group coaching offering participants a unique opportunity to apply these concepts in real-world scenarios in their workplaces.

This phase is designed to solidify learning, encourage peer interaction, and provide ongoing support as participants evolve their leadership and coaching styles.

We provide individual 360 coaching for the managers and leaders during the program. 

We start of the program with a leadership 360 profile, and we work individually with the participants to establish goals and metrics for leadership transformation.

We measure those again at the end of the program to ensure leadership transformation has taken place. 

We end with the participants leadership 360 profile, and the goals and metrics for transformation established at the beginning of the program, and see that leadership change has taken place.
