How does TeamSeer Reduce my Administration

 

In order to book leave using TeamSeer, the employee logs into TeamSeer via their web browser, opens their own calender and books their annual leave online (without the use of any paper form, etc). 

 

Once the leave has been requested, the employee's manager will recieve an e-mail notification - similar to the e-mail screenshot below - which will outline what leave has been requested by the employee, who else is off, etc.  To approve or decline the leave, all the manager has to do is click the appropriate link in the e-mail.

 

As this whole process is automatived and occurs online, there is very little administration to be done by management / Human Resources.

 

What Information Will TeamSeer Give Me?

 

TeamSeer allows the employee and management to easily produce numerous reports relating to leave.  In addition, TeamSeer allows the user to export data to MS Excel for manipulation and analysis should a user wish.
