This report will contain an audit compliance scoring spreadsheet and recommendations on what areas the company needs to target to improve their compliance.

 

After the HR Audit - Ensuring Compliance

 

After the HR Audit, we can then assist you to ensure you are fully compliant by:

 

  • Updating personnel files and ensuring file completion

  • Completing contracts of employment / terms and conditions for all employees

  • Updating / developing policies and procedures as required by law

  • Ensuring legislation such as the Organisation of Working Time Act is fully complied with and records are properly maintained

  • Putting in place measures and systems to ensure your company is fully compliant with all employment legislation
