TEAM Feedback
 

TEAM Feedback specifically addresses the need for teams to achieve at the highest level and assesses team members contribution to the team as perceived by other team members.

 

It enhances teams by helping team members to gain insights from colleagues feedback and thus to improve their contribution to the team.

 

TEAM Feedback is a web based tool that gives anonymous feedback from peers, managers and team members, about team members.


The questionnaire can be customised to focus on specific competencies and concerns related to the team.
 

Thus, TEAM Feedback is specifically designed for you and your team, to help each team member to develop and grow within the team and to create a successful, cohesive team unit. 

 

TEAM Feedback can be used as part of a team building or team development process or as part of an individual development process for the team member.

How does it work?

 

We work with the Team Leader to define the critical areas for the team.

 

The Team Leader, in association with the team member, select people to provide feedback on them. These can be other work colleagues/team members, the team leader or, if appropriate, other colleagues from other departments with whom the person has a close working relationship.


There is no upper limit to the numbers of people providing feedback but a minimum of 5 people is required in order to maintain anonymity. 

 

The people giving feedback are sent an email containing a URL link which takes them to the questionnaire.

 

The questionnaire contains statements within various themes or sections. Each statement has an answer, rarely, sometimes, frequently or always.
 

Thus, for example, the statement might be: “Is helpful to the rest of the team”  

 

There is also a text or comment box in each section where the person giving feedback can add anything they like relating to the theme.


Individual responses cannot be seen or changed by anyone else.

It aids in the development of team members and in the creation of a cohesive and collegiate environment for team success.

 

It can also be used to focus on performance of individual team members as part of performance improvement and development.

Is it confidential?


Yes. The names of the people giving feedback do not appear on the report so the feedback remains anonymous. Only aggregated results from all of the people giving feedback are reported.

 

As the questionnaire is hosted off the employer's server and is provided by an indepedent party, this also adds to the confidentiality.
 

How Quickly Can I get Feedback for my Team Members?

 

Once the people giving feedback have completed the questionnaires, a report is generated in seconds.

 

The results show the analysis by theme and by statement within each theme for each team member.
 

In addition, the text from the free comment boxes is also included in the report for each team member.

 

How do Team Members get feedback?

 

It is essential to give team members feedback through a 1-1 feedback session of 30 minutes to one hour.
